  • Selection of Iberian sausages
  • Carrot hummus with pistachios and toasted bread
  • Tomato salad with onion and tuna belly
  • “En Ville” patatas bravas

Main Course (to choose)

  • Chickpea curry with vegetables, coconut milk and basmati rice
  • Baked cod with mild roasted garlic aioli
  • Iberian pork ribs slow-cooked for 12 hours, glazed with BBQ sauce

Dessert (to choose)

  • Traditional Catalan cream
  • Chocolate cream

  • Wild asparagus risotto
  • Pan-seared scallops on black garlic parmentier
  • Duck confit with “pont neuf” potato, plums in cava and Porto reduction
