- -Bread with tomato, extra virgin olive oil D.O. Catalonia and salt
- -Selection of Iberian sausages
- -Scrambled eggs with Iberian chistorra, black pudding from Burgos and straw potatoes
- -Smoked salmon timbale marinated with dill oil and fresh avocado
- -Roquefort cheese mousse with its toasted bread
Main Course (to choose)
- -Green risotto of wild asparagus with Parmesan and tomatoes dried
- -Baked salmon with old-fashioned mustard, sautéed vegetables and crunchy lotus root
- -Duck confit with “pont neuf” potato, plums in cava and Porto reduction
- -Iberian rib cooked for 12 hours at low temperature, glazed with soy and honey

- -Traditional Catalan cream
