- Salmó al forn amb mostassa antiga, verduretes i cruixent d’arrel de loto
- Burgos suckling lamb, confitted for 12 hours, on a bed of finely-sliced potatoes and red wine sauce
- Homemade burger, 100% veal, with candied onion, bacon and potato chips
