  • Selection of iberian sausages
  • Fried eggs with iberian chistorra sausage, Burgos black pudding and crispy french-fried potatoes
  • Smoked salmon and fresh avocado salad
  • Roquefort cheese mousse with toasted bread

Main Course (to choose)

  • Green risotto with wild asparagus, Parmesan and dried tomatoes
  • Salmó al forn amb mostassa antiga, verduretes i cruixent d’arrel de loto
  • Burgos suckling lamb, confitted for 12 hours, on a bed of finely-sliced potatoes and red wine sauce
  • Homemade burger, 100% veal, with candied onion, bacon and potato chips

Dessert (to choose)

  • Traditional “Crema Catalana”
  • Soft chocolate ganache sprinkled, olive oil and salt

  • Salad of rocket, pistachio oil, tomato and apple jam and parmesan
  • En Ville “patatas bravas” (spicy potatoes)

  • Green risotto with wild asparagus, parmesan and dried tomatoes
  • Beef tenderloin with shallots, potato au gratin and foie gras cream
  • Rib of iberian acorn-fed pork, boned, with pear chutney and “Pedro Ximenez” wine sauce
  • Cod au gratin with baked apple emulsion, nuts, mixed-flower honey and baby spinach

  • Coconut and lime mousse
  • Soft chocolate ganache sprinkled, olive oil and salt
